CUSTOMS & TAXES
For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees may be applied in accordance with your local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities upon delivery. RETURNS
The procedure for returning an item purchased from our online store is outlined below:

- within 14 working days from the date you received the product.
- Enter your order number and order email.
- Follow the steps for refund and indicate the reason.
Now, regarding the question:
- Do I have to pay anything for a return?
At the end of the process in the "Summary," you will find the return cost. You won't need to pay anything at that moment. The return fee will be deducted at the time of the refund. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is deemed defective, in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping and/or exchange.
Important note: The customer is responsible for the item until it is received at our store. Unfortunately, returns cannot be processed for items that have been worn or have stains or have been damaged by the customer.
- How will I receive my refund?
Upon approval of the return, and arrival of the garment, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
