The procedure for returning an item purchased from our online store is outlined below:

  • within 15 working days from the date you received the product.
  • Enter your order number and order email.
  • Follow the steps for refund and indicate the reason.

Now, regarding the question:

  • Do I have to pay anything for a return?


At the end of the process in the "Summary," you will find the return cost. You won't need to pay anything at that moment. The return fee will be deducted at the time of the refund. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is deemed defective, in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping and/or exchange.


Note: The customer is responsible for the item until it is received at our store. Unfortunately, returns cannot be processed for items that have been worn or have stains.


  • How will I receive my refund?


Upon approval of the return, and arrival of the garment, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction.



In these cases, when you receive your order you will have to face a tax and customs surcharge. We recommend that you contact the customs offices of your country to request detailed information about these expenses before placing any order. If for any reason you decide to cancel your purchase made on [] after the shipment has arrived, you will be responsible for all original shipping costs, any taxes or customs charges applied to your order, as well as the cost of the forwarding of the package back to the Dahlia offices (in Madrid). For orders for items not available in stock, the delivery times will have an approximate delivery time of between one (1) and three (3) months depending on the item requested.

In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or other international destinations, the above terms may be considerably affected. However, Dahlia will try to send the order in the shortest possible time.

Dahlia does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the order is not carried out as a result of the data provided by the User being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose. , such as the absence of the User or the retention of the order in customs.

Delivery times are approximate, although Dahlia tries to adhere to them.



Once the purchase process is complete, the User will receive a confirmation by email. It is essential that during the purchase process the User indicates a valid email. The User, upon receiving the product at the delivery address provided, will receive an invoice or copy of the order.

If for any reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option of going ahead with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order with a refund of the price paid.


How can I make use of my right of withdrawal?

To withdraw from the contract and return an order, the User must inform Dahlia within the aforementioned fourteen (14) calendar days of his decision to withdraw by sending us an unequivocal statement by email or by sending us a letter to our postal address C / Tambre 23, 28002, Madrid (Spain) clearly specifying the articles with respect to which you have decided to withdraw.



And the return costs?

The User must bear and assume all direct costs and expenses (including transport, courier, fees, tariffs or customs taxes) associated with the return of the returned orders.

Can I withdraw from any order?

No. In accordance with article 103 of the TRLGDCU, your right to withdraw will not apply to products made by Dahlia (or its suppliers or manufacturers) according to the User's specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.

What if the order is damaged upon arrival?

In the event that the order is not in good condition at the time of delivery to the User and it is not due to circumstances directly attributable to the User, the User will have the right to claim the return of the product and its replacement, that is, the change for another with the same characteristics at no additional cost but not the reimbursement of the amounts paid (unless the User wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal).

To do this, the User must inform Dahlia of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in these General Contract Conditions.

Given the delicate nature of the items that Dahlia offers and sells, the User will have a maximum period of five (5) calendar days to request an exchange/return in the event that it has a manufacturing defect.

Dahlia undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

This return due to defect, defect or poor condition of the order will not be considered application of the User's right of withdrawal.
